I havent taken the dogs out today coz it is really, really windy and they hate strong winds (and being walloped by flying rubbish!).
So we were out in the garden getting some fresh air, and me thinking 'wow, this must be gale force!' when suddenly next doors enormous patio umbrella flew into the air and came crashing down on me and the dogs!!:scared:

well, if they were nervous of windy weather before they are probably terrified now!! and Im not too impressed either!!

Anybody else having a wind problem??:D

It's mega windy here, Daisy's ears were flapping about so much I thought she was going to take off! Was pointless trying to play with the ball too as the wind was in our face was it was ending up like one metre away!

Yup, it's super windy here too!

I have a recycling box in my back garden that you put empty cans in. The past couple of days, the cans have been flying all over the garden  Skip thinks is great! The cans make great toys but I'm constantly running after him trying to get him to leave the cans alone... All in all, it's a great game for him but I cannot be doing with him shredding his mouth to bits!

My parents tree fell in their garden:

    It's horrible!

Poor dogs, maybe they could wear little back packs so they don't blow away.

Personally I love the wind. :)

Poor you and dogs with the attack of the parasol

It's not too windy here in Lancashire at the moment, but I can hear the wind picking up. So maybe we are all in for some stormy weather :(

Very windy here too. I hate it, it blows me along faster than my little legs can cope with.

Very windy here. I do worry about driving along the roads with trees either side, there are twigs and small branches everywhere, and my car kept getting hit by acorns. I swear I must have dents on the roof it was that noisy!

We had a brief power cut this afternoon (all overhead wires round here) - hope I can get dinner cooked before we have a longer one!

It has died down to in the 20s now but yesterday was 60mph. A mere breeze!

It is pretty windy here as well. Sun is out though, haven't had all that rain they said we was getting.

Hasn't stopped Holly playing ball though.

It's always a bit worrying around here when it's windy...awful lot of BIG trees - some of which are leaning :skep:.

The dogs turn truly ridiculous in the wind. Danny was so naughty this morning I didn't even manage to get out of our street before I had to take him home .
    It was incredibly embarrassing .
