Older kitten

    Hi, when you do you consider a kitten to not really be 'kitteny' anymore in looks? I think they still look very kitten like at 4-5 months but people always seem to want 'as young as possible' going by wanted ads etc. I mean breeders of larger breed cats or those neutering don't let them go until 16/17 weeks anyway. What do you think? Thanks!

    I find my breed looks grown up at around 6 months, our EN kittens leave at 12-14 weeks.

    Unfortunately many are more than happy to support bybs, it's frequently seen on this forum, so underage kittens will always be available instead of adopting kittens at the appropriate age from rescues or breeders.
