I know of this happening quite a lot, its disgraceful ..... my cats breeder often had pics of her cats for sale but not by her! I wonder if anything can be done?

I would contact the site itself, explain the theft and say that you can supply proof.

If the site does nothing then publicise to everybody you know and on every forum you can

There is a link on the advert for reporting it. I suggest you do this TB.

if the wording is the same or similar it looks like a scam.. and there are way too many out there especially if they are selling an 8 month old "worth 1200" and selling for 800 ONO

If this kitten is owned and bred by someone one else and living in another country, then its not your picture  Surely the owner of the kitten and/or picture taker should be the one up in arms

Wow that's an awful thing for someone to do, I can see now that the adverts have been removed :)

May be an idea thinking about putting a watermark on your pictures, you can do it easily in photoshop or with other editing software.

Yup this happens! :D A breeder who lives very close to me stole mine, well it wasn't actually her, she has no PC so her friend put them up on the Internet for her and took my picture! I noticed by the bedding, that and someone asking/accusing me if I was selling the mine for way more than I was.
