Hi all, I was just wondering if any fellow forum members are on Weight Watchers?
No but trying to lose a bit!!!
I have put ON about 1 stone since I started playing golf...
And no, it's not muscle it's fat lol!!!
I seem to think because I am partaking in a load of exercise that it's ok to eat cake, crisps, bread, chocolate (and wine) in copious amounts!!!
It's not arghhhhhh

In my life I've been yo-yo-ing between being a size 18 and a size 4 - hitting both sizes 3 times each over the last 10 years. I'm trying to end that cycle with Weight Watchers.
I was just wondering if anyone had anything good / bad to say about the plan?
