normal temp and drop towards whelping time?

    Hi everyone my lilly is due on the 31st may and i was going to take her temperature from tomorow, i decided to do it about half an hour ago just to be nosey at her average temp and it said 37.7 is this a normal temp?or is it lower than it should be or ok, as if she was too start its too early yet just want to ask you guys who know more so i can make sure shes ok etc

    her stomach also seems lower and harder than normal?? :/

    I would say thats a good temp, what breed is you dog?

    About 36.5-36.9 is what you expect as signal of labour starting soon

    Frankies temp was 37.5 a week b4.... hers dropped to 36.6 friday morning she had her babies friday evening....her tum dropped n was hard at times too i think ur girl will go bang on time :D xx

    Skye's temp was betweek 37.0 C and 38.0 C during the week before she whelped, it dropped to 36.3 C 24 hours before she had the 1st pup.
