I’d call a Wildlife sanctuary asap if I were you.

I would keep him warm, and ring a specialists wildlife rescue. Not knowing where you are located its hard to advise you which is there nearest to you, however there is a National Fox Welfare Society in the UK, and they would likely be a good starting point, if they cant immediately help I should imagine they would point you in the right direction of the nearest wildlife sanctuary to you. There is an emergency number as well as other contact details
