Hey everyone I am new to the forum and am just asking you guys for some advice. My family has always had dogs but this is my first I have ever owned since leaving the family home for University. So yesterday me and my boyfriend got a new pup and he is adorable! Basically we are wondering how do we go about training, house rules etc, Is there any good books or material on this subject?

Thanks for taking time to read and if you have any advice/ tips I would be ever so grateful.

    Thanks Amy,

    Hi welcome,

You would get lots more responses in Dog chat, where there is a puppy support thread too. To help those on their first or tenth puppy. Your never to old to learn or adapt your ways...

Introduce yourself, tell us about your puppy. Pics are a must!

There are a few new puppies and owners here at the moment, myself included.

The book that is popular at the moment is Easy Peasy Puppy Squeezy.

Anything specific you want advice on?
