Hi yes my french bull dog had a skin condition which has been resolved with a change in food his skin has cleared up lovely but we are still having a problem with him scratching his ears Iv been back and forth to the vets and they say there are no mites and just keep giving him antibiotics for his ears which does help because he still scratches while he is on then not as bad but he still scratches!!! Sometimes he even walks with his head slightly to the side and does a lot of head shaking :( I really don't know what to do!!

Could he have got some grass seed or something like that in his ear? It certainly seems that there is something, even if there are no parasites.
