    Hi all,

My folks are picking up a Lhasa Apso in a week or so, I was wondering if any of you on the forums could recommend any books about the breed.

I've had a quick look on Amazon and most seem pretty old and published a while!

Any recommendation will be greatfully received

    cheers

    D

I've a feeling pets at home have a book on the lhasa - don't know if it's any good or not. Older books are prob ok - the breed won't change much.

Edited to add: try this https://books.google.co.uk/books?id=btsJBgAAQBAJ&source=gbs_similarbooks

I have juliette cunliffe's kennel club book on the Tibetan Terrier. A lot of the info is general and could relate to any puppy (the training section)

The grooming section is very good though and the health section is useful.
So - might be worth a look.

There's a great Facebook group for the breed, Lhasa apso rescue UK on Facebook I know it's a rescue page but, everyone on there seems very knowledgeable and helpful.
