Here's the new beds we got for the gruesome twosome yesterday :) Guess which bed is for which hound...

This webcam is so odd...makes everything look like I've put it through a paint application!

    They are so cute :001_wub:

    Ha, typical greyhound! :D

Ely and Gypsy have a chairbed each to lie on but they will lie across the cushion that falls off the sofa!

Lovely photo - looks like Nero is feeling better.

He is, thanks :) This is the first day without tramadol, so we'll see how it goes, if he starts showing signs of real pain we can go back to the vets for more, but so far he has been fine, eating well, even tried join in a ball game with Amber and me, bless him :)

Do yours have pinpoint accuracy for soft things? If theres a cushion on the floor, no matter how small, at my in-laws house, where they don't have their beds, they will spot it, target it, and circle tightly until they land on as much of it as possible. Absolutely daft!

Reminds me of this, actually!- YouTube - Greyhound - How does he work this?

How are your two doing anyway? :D

    Aww they look so cumfy!!

George does the whole circling thing, its annoying when we go to bed and he has to circle on his bed for about 15mins before he plonks his bum down

    Aw that's great!

And the circling and flinging themselves down on anything soft is what they do best! Ely circles so much before he sits down that it starts to irritate Gypsy and she tells him off!

They are both doing really well - I was thinking about it the other day just how much they've both improved, it's great and means our lives are so much easier! :D

 heehee, I know the night-time circling horrors! Especially if they wake up in the middle of the night and decide that the whole bed needs to be turned over and trampled to a satisfactory softness!

The worst circling though, is Nero's sofa-habit  He likes to squeeze in next to me, but will turn and turn and turn, me and the OH counted the other day- he span 8 times before plonking down- and each time his bum wooshes past my face I have to lean out of the way

Glad to hear yours are doing well, L/C

Charlie has no concept of space, half of the sofa can be spare and he will sit there staring at me until I move up 1mm and then he will squeeze on next to me, so I have to get up and move to the other side of the sofa. To which he looks at me like im the idiot!

Oh yeah! The scratching, prodding and pocking. the funniest thing is that the bed doesnt look any different by the time they have finished!!

The amount of times I have heard george scrambling around in the dark, I sit up and tell him to go to bed and then he makes the loudest HUFF!!!!
