Thanks guys, I like to think he's running free and happy with the black rabbit in the sky (if you've seen Watership Down you'll know what I mean)
RIP Charlie *hugs*
*hug* I'm sorry

will you be laying him to rest in your garden? as in spreading his ashes?
RIP Charlie !!! xxxxxx
Yeah, he'll go where he belongs running free in the garden not stuck in a little box for eternity. He'll be spread under the apple tree where he liked to lay in the shade.
Aww! Yes I always think that too and I'm sure he is!
Sending a hug your way -xx-
he will be happy under the apple tree x
r.i.p charlie under the apple tree sounds lovely x
It was a real comfort for me when My Deedee's ashes were returned. I felt as if she had come home again. Hopefully it will comfort you as well to know that Charlie is still close.
Yeah I'm a lot more at ease now he's home where he belongs, it is a real comfort to know I have him back with me. Hardest part for me was leaving him at the vets when he died, I just didn't want to turn and leave him there it didn't feel right.
I would have felt the same turning and leaving my pet but u have his ashes now and hes back home were he belongs he'l be happy u put him in his fave spot. Big hugs ur way. run free little man
BIG Hug for you and I love the idea of his resting spot under the apple tree!
