Do you have dogs? Get them out for extra walks whenever you get chance.

Try brushing your teeth after your main meals with really strong minty toothpaste so that everything you try to eat after tastes crap. That might help stop snacking. :)

    Here's some motivation:

You Can Do It!! Go Muppet, Go Muppet!!

Also, you could try joining a weight-loss forum. My mum is a member of one, she says they're all dead supportive and have helped her a lot.

    Good luck!

There are thousands of unwanted dogs in shelters who would love to be walked by someone with some spare love to give. Go volunteer. :)

I'm sorry about your doggy, I know the pain of losing them and it leaves a massive hole that never fully heals. xx

By the way, depression can cause comfort eating and weight gain. Are you depressed? If so, talk to your doctor. They can help. x

I would say hang a dress up where u can see it, knowing you want to fit into it. Put a photo of you up, either on the bigger side or when u were slimmer to motivate u. Maybe put it up in the kitchen. Exercise wise you need to get an exercise buddy, someone reliable that won't cancel. Don't just weigh yourself before you start trying, take your measurements too, might lose more inches than weight so will boost you. Plan your meals, don't keep 'bad' foods in house but have 'good' stuff you can snack on. Also do exercise you enjoy, will make it so much easier.
