Right where do I start... Quite a while back my cat got run over and killed, he went to the vet to get cremated, when we got the vet bill we just couldn't pay it (due to covid) since then the bill has been entered into a IVA now so it's getting paid bit by bit now but I would like to know if we can now get our cats remains back at all! If anyone could help I would much appreciate it, thank you

When you've paid the outstanding amount you should get your cats ashes returned to you. Have a word with the vet.

Sorry for your loss, I’d definitely call the vet and ask sooner rather than later

Have the vets actually refused to give them to you?

Have they passed your debt on to creditors? If so, there really is no reason for them to with hold the ashes.
