My wee Man Chesters poorly tonight :( its been the first time he has ever been ill...which is bleeding good going for us
He's nearly ten months now :smile5: he didn't want his tea...which is a first and he has been sick a few times..again a first :( and he's just sleeping ...hope its just a little bug and its over with very quickly x

just have a slight concern as the little terror managed to pull some bedding into his crate ( he was locked inside, the bed was outside) and ate some of it yesterday....If he is no better tomorrow a quick check up at the vets i think

Poor little chap - fingers crossed whatever it is is out of his system quickly and he's better tomorrow.

I'm not sure, but I would of thought a small dog would dehydrate/lose weight quicker but I don't think you need to do anything different, just encourage him to drink.
When Lilly is sick I aften fast her for 24 hours with no harm done and she's only about 3.5kg

Have I worked it out right? She's about 7.5lb and Zipper is about 16lb?

    So that's about 3.5kg and 7kg?

Aww poor wee man, hope he's feeling better soon and doesn't need a trip to the vets.

Just carrying on the hijack.........3.5kg?? Lilly?? I knew she was small but never realised she was that teeny tiny! I always think of my Lily as quite a small dog and she's 18kg!!
