well as he title says my head is thumping self inflicted i hit it off the cupboard door.
I have taken pain killers and they arent helping at all

so anyone else tht cant sleep or doesn't sleep at night wanna talk.

yeah i mus admit im usually still up but i wanted a nice sleep then the head started hurting
