Today we went along my favourite local walk at Fountains Abbey: Fountains Abbey - Studley Royal, World Heritage Site, Yorkshire
and I actually managed to take some half decent photos of Zach for a change :p :

    Come on....
-5? Still warm enough for a dip...
    Zoomies...

Please can I go get it....

And finally a dangerous stick that needed teaching a lesson...

After this we went into the abbey which involves going through the NT shop. Fine except their shop displays include sections fo tree trunks that Zach eyed up as potential indoor doggy loos....:p

    Thanks for looking x

It's so good to see you two out and about after all the worry about his leg when he was younger :)
Love the little bridges, they look so picturesque :)

I can't tell you Rona, there are times when we're out and I watch him running about happy as larry and I am so so grateful that he can do that, I despaired at that time that he ever would.
I still worry every time he gets a limp and I worry how far into the aging process it will come back. But for now, I enjoy him :D

Gorgeous dog and a beautiful walk! :) Looks like quite a bit of variety on just one walk, too. :001_tt1:

Are you managing to do all those walks you'd planned and looked forward too?

Lovely pictures, this is one of my favourite walks too. It's the most amazing place to be when it's quiet.

Fabulous pics, looks like a great walk.
I love Yorkshire, it's where my mum is from and we have some family up there. Haven't been there yet with the pickles though, will have to arrange a holiday :D

Its quite varied, bit of river walk, bit of forest, a deer park and then landscaped gardens.
    Love your signature pic :D

He can easily out walk me Rona, I'm the weakest link in our family!!! I claim fatigue after 14/15 miles!

We're there often, we'll have to look out for you!
