Today my handsom boy went over rainbow bridge. I'm absolutely gutted.
    Had him for 14 years.
Very hard decision, but I know it was the right one for him.
    Cant stop crying x

Hi Lynn, so sorry for you loss. Your ginger is gorgeous.
The pain will remain in the heart but it does get less intense.
It's been 5 months since we loss Benji. It was the right decision to end his sufferings. We still shed a tear when looking back on all the photos of him and his quirks.
Your boy knew he was treasured and loved. He is resting in peace. Do take care of yourself.
    Veronica x

I have posted a couple of pics of our new comer in another thread. She is Cato, female 9 yrs 2 months old to help restore harmony in a multiple cat home. She is not to replace our beloved Benji, nothing can. IMG_20191010_165928.jpg EFFECTS.jpg

You will find a lot of support on the PF, welcome by the way. Most of us who have experienced this awful heartbreak. Hang in there.
We said we would never have another pet again but then decided to do our bit for the older cats that need rehoming. Hope you will feel the same in the future :Cat

    Shes gorgeous.
Nothing can replace a pet, but can help fill the void. X
