    Although I'm not being a spider fan (sorry) I am fascinated by them...
    Do they get more coloured as they grow - I mean as in 'red knee'?

    Their colours gradually fade over time until they shed their exoskeleton (their skin) once that have shed (moulted) the colours are almost glowing it's the most beautiful thing!

    Yay :) they are a brilliant spider to own! I've got a fair few now and they are the most docile I've come to notice! People say Chilean roses are the most docile but I disagree :)
