My dad goes to cannok chase allot too. Actually he goes everywhere.
I only do flat surface, so we go to places like Delemere wood when i go with him, where there are off the path tracks which are NOT flat...even though he said they would be

i don't bike at all just now (last 4 years tbh), but i used to ride tyrebagger in aberdeen, pentlands (riccarton side) in edinburgh (i loved that 3-6 hour ride until they ruined it with access paths for prams *muttermutter*), and aston hill in erm... oxfordshire... or whichever shire it is actually in.

thinking of starting up again, but will probably be round Bicester.. it's soo scenic, hilly, woody and pleasant there... NAE! i will be using my trusty £100 bike with some slicks on in case some local decides to nick it off me.
