Moulting Staffordshire Bull Terrier

    hi im new here so just bear with me please. ive got a 8 nearly 9 yr old male staffy hes a big softy, he been malting for most of the year and hes gettin worse it goes everywere and i was just wondering is there anything i can do to stop him malting so much?

    What is he being fed? It could be an intollerance to food or vitamin deficiency.

    my staffy is just the same and she is about 10 years old :thumbup:

    although i reckon she should be bald the amount she has lost :eek:
    but tbh her coat doesnt look any different to what is has over the past 2 1/2 years :D

    As above, what are you feeding? Coat is very muc affected by diet.

    Also, you could try a furminator (about £6 on ebay) they help remove the under coat, obviously you don't get much on a staffy, but my white staffy is the same and a bath a a once over with the furminator works wonder for a month or so.
