we have gone through all family names, the only 1 that fits is mine lol

i dont really want to give her mine, so we are trying to find a name that we like which we would have given to a birth child. but it also has to fit thats the hard part

Wish I could help but as much as I really want a little girl, I barely like any girls names at all.

Me and my OH were joking around the other day and ended up with quite a stupid name combination (one that would make you roll your eyes) but I actually really like it

Probably a good job we probably won't have another child, and if we did I feel pretty sure it'd be another boy lol, saves any potential embarrasment for a girl ;)

Well my OH was doing a job and he makes custom things for kids rooms. We always look at the names and say how awful some are  Well he got one for a girl named Poppy and it was never a name I had considered (for a human, had a cat called Poppy lol) but I really like it now for some reason.
Anyway, IF we ever had a girl my OH wants to use his Grandmothers name as a middle name which is Lily... I want to use Grace as a second middle name after my Gracie and then OH's surname is Rose...
Poppy Lily Grace Rose......so basically a very long winded floral mouthful  But I think it's quite nice lol

Something to do with family tradition.
Apparently!...every male on my dads side of the family must use the name 'pete' or 'peter' as a first or middle name for a son, followed by kirk.

And then the name 'leigh' must be used as a first or middle name for a girl, followed by kirk.

Also, 'lee' must be used as a middle name for a son.

So if my brother only has one son his name must be 'lee peter kirk' or 'pete lee kirk'

my dads called pete, my grandads called pete, my great grandad is called lee....at least it makes things easy! An apparently the 'kirk' bit goes back like 7 generations or some jazz!

i like unusual names for the middle name, for girls i like Phoenix, Lyric Tiger-Lily, especially if the first name is more common. then when they grow up they have the choice :)
