Hi! I have Maine Coon female cat . She had vaccination yesterday (annual booster and Felv) . Today I noticed, that she is in heat. Planned to mate her . Just wondering, if that safe to mate her 2 days after vaccination? Is that gonna not harm the kittens?

It's not advised, but possibly because its not been tested. If she calls regularly every 3 weeks or so I'd wait until her next call.

Generally 7-14 days is recommended depending on the type of vaccine.
