Just finished chopping up four sets of lamb lungs, they're bagged and in the freezer now.

Anyway we've got a good few meals worth but now I'm wondering whether to class them as meat or offal... if offal then I don't think I'll get them through all!

    Cheers in advance

I don't class it as the 'offal' portion of their diet no.

I think you must have known what I meant.

So no need for the patronising answer. Thanks.

They're no muscle, I think. But I don't thing you can feed too much, like with liver. Wher did you get them? I would love to feed some to snoopy.

A butchers near us, I've been gradually making my way around the whole of North Kent trying to find a butcher that will let me have these sorts of things!
