Whe we got Ruxpin he wasn't really a playful kitten as such. He would play with da bird but that was it. He used to sit and watch Geoffrey chase balls & toy mice but never joined in.
I came down this morning (after a long & lovely lie in!) and he's batting a toy mouse around and chasing it! He's also meowing at it which is so cute!
Did other people's cats take time to learn how to play with toys?

And after all that playing they need a nap... Geoffrey is also teaching the next napping positions!

I wish Ruxpin would teach Simba and Tiny to play properly, they're rubbish at it! Simba just chews the string of toys and Tiny runs away with the toy in his mouth so he can play with it on his own with no irritating interruptions...

He's getting very good at it! Geoffrey loves jingly balls and is currently batting one up and down the hallway! Ruxpin is learning to like them too but the mouse is the favourite today!
