Hi, i was hoping someone in Scotland could help me out with a vets that does Laser spay.
I heard there was one in Falkirk but cant remember which one?
Would save me phoning round them all.
    I live in Livingston.
We have a husky pup and my vet says she should be ready at about 6 months, but would rather get the laser for her.

    Any help appreciated. xxx

Do you mean keyhole (laparoscopic) spaying?

Sorry, I don't know anything about this method of spaying, but if you are considering spaying at six months of age this really is too young for a large breed.

They need the hormones to develop physically and mentally. The current advice is to spay after the first season.

It does seem to be the latest fad with vets to say spay at six months, but I'd really advise you to do some research yourself as it may not be good for the long term health of your girl.
