is it essential? The only food that has suited Ralph and he's had celebration poos is sensitive dog food, we have had trouble with Ralph been lame and before his CT scan and X-ray the vet said it could have been growing pains and could be down to him not having a large breed dog food, so I've changed it to Applaws large breed puppy dog food and it's not suiting him, anyway after the CT scan my vets phoned and told me what he got, then went back to the specialist vet who's he's under said he's got elbow dysplasia, he's coming up to 8 months old and I really want to change him back to Arden grange sensitive but will I be doing more harm than good

Large breed puppy food is designed to have the correct calories, calcium to phosphorous ratio, protein and fat for large breed pups to allow for steady growth - since research has shown excess calcium and calories in the diet can lead to skeletal developmental problems - there are other factors, such as genetic and environmental too.

This...but don't Arden Grange do a large breed puppy food?

Are you over feeding with Applaws?

Perhaps email Arden Grange for their thoughts. Ness their nutritionist is very helpful.
