I haven't/don't but a friend of mine has been using them for ages and is happy. She has a mixture of things but does have the minced chicken and bone regularly because she has a couple of rescues that came to her in a bad way and don't have good enough teeth to manage bones.

I tend not to get the minces that contain bone because I like the benefits you get from meaty bones and whole bones. If I fed mince with bones too the ratio would go all to pot.

I used to get Landywoods, I had no complaints, nor did my dogs, although they preferred it to be a little frozen when they ate, it I think it was because when totally defrosted it became a little too sloppy for them and they didnt like the texture.

I use Landywoods, this is what the minced chicken and bone looks like, I use it for my Collie. This is straight out of the bag.

They are rude and unhelpful:( The woman on the phone could turn anyone to stone at 50 paces. There is one nice lady there but I always copped for the bad one.
I'm getting mine imported through Albion now; Landywoods loss.
