Hi everyone, just wondering if this is normal? Kitten poo after eating some raw lambs heart, it's very very dark, almost black and like a syrup consistency, is this the norm?

yes, blood rich tissue such as heart will produce a very dark stool. It is also a rich meat, as indeed is lamb itself, so this can have a somewhat laxative effect.
It is great that the kitten likes it, but try alternating with some plain meat from chicken or turkey for example.
wait till you see the white poops when they eat a boney meal!!!

How much heart would you recommend feeding as part of his weekly feed, I have been doing 20% heart for his meat/muscle and the 60% rest chicken thigh. Is that too much heart?
