You really need to take your kitten to the Vet quickly.

You need to get this kitten to the vet immediately, you cannot let him suffer like this, it’s unforgivable

It doesn't matter. You have a duty of care to look after him. Worry about money later.

Vets asap ,it matters not a damn what it costs .If the worst comes to worst and you cant afford treatment the very least you can do is to make sure it doesn't suffer anymore than it has already.

The kitten is in horrible discomfort, please do get to the vet without delay. Are you in UK? The vets inside Pets at Home are normally very well priced and are open at weekends.

Agree with the others. Get the poor little mite to a vet now.
Oh and on another note, why are you letting these babies outside??!! They are not vaccinated and in danger. Please do read up on some basic kitten care and take advice from the vet whilst you are there.
Please let us know how you get on.

I hope OP has taken our advice and got the kitten to a vet. I'd love an update as I'm very worried however as usual I doubt one is forthcoming :(
