Posted here so hopefully gets seen. Our Lurcher has been diagnosed with kidney disease, likely inherited and not developed properly ( still narrowing down the diagnosis) currently going through various food options and supplements etc. But we know we have to reduce his phosphorous levels so no bones allowed, so I’ve taken away the 2 smoked ones he plays with ( just licks) but I’m wondering about his stag bar and cow hooves? Stag bar he wouldn’t miss but the cow hooves he definitely would. Can’t ask vet as currently not much faith in his food views since telling me that food allergies/intolerances are a fashion craze?! Thanks for help
