I had someone coming to collect a kitten yesterday, so I had Misty (cat) in the kitchen, so she didn't get upset.

Snoop was out the back garden.

The kitten leaving took quite a long time, my husband came in and went into the kitchen and I heard him going out the back. Eventually after kitten lady left he told me that Misty had escaped out of the window and was making a run for the next door neighbours mass of trees?!

Thankfully, our clever dog, Snoop knows Misty is not allowed out and was lightly, erm... stopping her running away by nosing her neck, then she picked Misty up by the neck with her mouth (as you do ) and brought her back to the back door!!

Misty was fine. I think Snoop must be a little confused with the kittens and all. Very clever girl though. I think.

Oh bless her heart!! How clever! My lot don't even recognise their own cat..they see him on the barn roof, run barking and then saunter off because they realise eventually it's Herbert!!

Yes, she's great, with cats. Not so good with dogs, unfortunately. She is half Jack Russell & half Staffie a Jack-staff! :)

I introduced Poppy to our neighbours kitten the other day.... she launched herself at the poor mite who scarpered back to the shed!!!! Poppy has since spent her afternoons with her nose glued to the fence sniffing like it's going out of fashion!!!! The cat hasn't pooed into my garden since! funny tht!!!:001_tt2:

Snoop attempted to "play" with a heavily pregnant cat last year, I think it scared and scarred her for life!

I was adamant she was a staffie but the big round patch on her back and her nose getting longer and longer convinced me she was cross, that and people saying "oh what a lovely big Jack Russell" :D

My husband was a bit devastated at first but we wouldn't swap her for all staffies in the world, she's great.

Oh blast, I am having a very slight panic attack as I cannot find my camera lead to attach to PC. I need it, I get my new kitten on saturday!

I may have to do something resembling house work to find it!

    tbc/.......

    Found it
