Got a bit chilly
Got a bit hungry
Must be cold then
Not even snowing here and we've got ours on
These threads are getting like Facebook statue's lol I've have my heating on for weeks
Same as snoopydo...My heating has been on for weeks as well..just turn it down a bit at night but leave it on for the girls...Don't want them getting cold ...Trying not to think about the bill
My house had pre-metres costing a bloody fortune to keep it topped up but at least I don't have a BIG Bill to worry about It costs more in the long run though.
Ours on at 7am,off at 9am. On at 5pm, off at 9pm
No way is it on all day - way toooooooo expensive.
We just light lots of log fires Have 1 woodburner fire & 2 open fires. Yesterday afternoon & evenining we had 2 Fires going - was so snug toasty & warm looking outside at all the snow
Don't worry, it's been axed: BBC News - ITV axes The Bill after 27 years
iv had my heating on since October .... not constantly
It's the winter peoples heating will have been on and off from maybe oct'ish I guess. Mine will prob be on until may  I HATE being cold.
Like my Job love it in the summer but it's soooooo cold atm and the Driving yesterday was horrendous though It feels safer in the van than my car.
I've had mine on 24 hours a day since October This house has very high ceilings and pathetic radiators that mean if you turn it off for even an hour it simply doesn't warm the house back up again! Costs an absolute fortune!!! Very glad to be moving to a warmer property
ive had mine on all day since october.
ive got my grand baby most days
I have had heating on all year round!! Annoyingly if I dont keep my back bedroom and bathroom abit warm then everything gets covered in mould and damp.
As for the rest of the house I am managing with just an electric fire in one room (where my pooter and the snakes live!!). As long as me and the dogs have a duvet to get under then we stay warm.
ive just turned our heating off, its lovely and cosy
Even though i freak on how much the bills will be lol!
And that's the trouble with being a housebound pensioner...The bills finish up double those of folks that are at work all day.
Stupid question, but are pommy houses like insulated like igloo ish, I cant stand the cold here and its not even nearly as cold as over there
Most of them are draughty freezing hell holes !
