    They seem to have had a resurgence around here and over the last couple of years I've seen quite a few :D

    what area is that Rona, I think they like areas with a lot of Pine, I'm in the swamps, !.

    Strangely the wren is supposed to be britains most numerous bird, yet they are rarely seen. I suspect it's because they are small and secretive and tend to scurry about in the undergrowth like little mice.


    I sort of know the area where you live @ALcatrazbirdman as we have a static van down at Dunwich

    Dunwich is great place for Wildlife.

    It is which is why we love it so much. Unfortunately the site where we have the static is closed from 1st November until the beginning of March so have a four month wait before we can come again

    I'm in West Sussex. The second most wooded county. I am also very near to the Surrey border which is the most wooded

    Makes the birds harder to spot. Loads of hiding places :D

    I love being in woodland, but spend most of my time on marshes and river, I don't drive so rarely get to Dunwich now .
