Jacket Spud

    Could I cook a spud now and have it for dinner at work tomorrow? :confused:

    Im trying to eat healthily and remember a few years ago when I ate a jacket potato for lunch everyday it dropped off... but now i work full time. humph.

    I dont see why you couldnt, try it if its rank then you know not do do it again;)

    Haha, very good point! Ive got one in the oven now so worth a shot haha!

    Well if you cook it till its soft all the way through it should only take a few seconds to warm in a microwave, just wait until your ready to eat it to add the filling.
