I have a Great Dane boy and his face is really itchy. It's central to his face it's really red and itchy, we have changed up his diet, he's been to the vet and they couldn't find anything. He was given some antibiotics and some other pill to help and It did. Unfortunately, it was $50 for a bottle that would last 10 days.

Any Ideas what it could be or any way to help him out.

I’d go back to the vet.

If the treatment worked then they might be able now to identify the problem and perhaps a different, less expensive drug will be effective?

In the UK it’s possible to use a vet prescription elsewhere to get cheaper meds.

    Even from human pharmacies.
