Went to Bewl Water as our camping trip was canceled due to weather.

Muddy thought he'd died and gone to heaven

Alfie tried a bit of beach combing, but it wasn't as good as at the sea

It started to rain really hard so we headed for the car and picnicked in there

Headed for the dam after that, Wasn't sure how much more Alfie was going to be able to do, but he managed another mile or so

Once back in the car Alfie seemed to realised just how tired he was and fell fast asleep

He woke to get out of the car, eat his dinner and is now fast asleep again
Muds was on a high for a while but he's now joined Alfie in the world of nod

It was very hard to get good pictures because it was raining so much.
The shutter on my camera started to stick because everything was wet

Sorry to hear your camping was cancelled, but looks like you had a good day and didnt let it get you down. The boys looked like they had a whale of a time. Noticed Alf striding out there well in the video.

That's our favourite too, though the silly old fool had tried to go over those stones to the waters edge :scared:

I love that video - Alfie is definately enjoying himself

Muddy must truely of been in heaven with all that water - weren't you worried he'd keep swimming to the other side
