Is there a way to find out if your dogs pregnant without scan of any sort?

    Definately...

    Wait about 63 days :001_tt2: ;) :D

Seriously though why don't you wish to have her scanned? Seems the best way to find out if she has any :)

We haven't had my bitch scanned. She is now 7 weeks and although she is showing signs of being pregnant she is carrying them under her ribs and has no big belly yet. I have spoken to her breeder and she says she did eactly the same thing last time she had pups when they had her. If I had mated her more than once then I would have had her mated more than once I would have had her scanned to mind when she took and her proper due date but as she was only mated once its a case of either of either she is or she isn't. I have homes for more than she could have and they are allprepared to wait if she doesn't produce any. They also no there is a list and they may not get one if she doesn't have many.

i can always tell with mine...within a couple of weeks they become more clingy and loving than usual ... regular weighing can be a telltale sign and i find my bitches vulvas tend to stay bigger rather than going right down too
I think if u know ur bitch well u will notice changes

mind you its fab getting them scanned you get a gd idea of how many

we had one before and the vet shaved her too close and was bleeding a bit.

She was bred nearly 2 weeks ago, so early days still, she has got a bit clingy to me, instead of mum for once ;) , she's a bit grumpy with the other girls, just like telling them off, sort of thing.

Why dont you shave her tummy your self then before you go to the vets for the scan?
imo scan is the better choice
