    Hi there,
Hoping someone might be able to shed some light on a problem my 9 month old bitch is having. I feel like I go running to the vet about everything, so thought I would check here first, to save sounding like a stressy mum!

She's just finished her first season, and I have noticed her top two nipples are inverted and have a black crust around them. I have been washing them with salt water, when I remove the crust, it looks red and sore but no pus or discharge.

The area under her nipple seem hard and swollen as well. Is it an infection? or just something part of the season?

    Many thanks!

    :)
