if the vet thought there was an infection he would have prescribed antibiotics, what cream did he give you?

I think the cream is not working coz is just herbal cream. I need to buy antiseptic cream. Im afraid cat claws contains infection then she will be in trouble with fur later. To be honest i hate cats...that big stick is my sister one.
