Thought I would post a pic of our mc Indie, drinking from the Tap. He,s been really fussy lately with his drinking habits, He will try to knock his water bowl over, - God knows why, Then he puts his paw in the bowl and licks the water off it. Now he,s seen us at the kitchen sink and realises That's where the water is coming from. He can actually turn the tap on himself, But I now do it for him at a dribble. He loves it.:p

Anybody else have their cat do this.

Yep my little one worked out that water comes out of the tap yesterday as he climbed onto my shoulder while I brushed my teeth. Little nuisance!

Dotty drinks from the tap too, her brother used to wack the water then lick his paw.

    Awww, that is adorable! :D

Locke doesn't drink from the tap, he much prefers licking up any small pools of water already in the sink or around the rim of the dog's water bowl.

Is he desperate for a drink or just being playful? I only ask as that's how we discovered one of ours had a problem - he kept trying to drink form the tap and was alway thirsty, we thought it was funny at first.

I am not sure if it is the freshness or its colder water, But he always seems to make a mess around his own water bowl, also if he,s been playing with some of his smaller Toys, they too end up in his dinner or water bowl:confused1:. But as soon as he hears one of us running the Tap, He,s there in a Flash.
