If you dont cry for ages

Discussion in 'General Chat' started by shetlandlover, Apr 27, 2011.

  1. If you dont cry for ages do you just one day break down? I feel that way today.
Fed up of helping others who dont help themselves.

Going to go dig my head in my course work.

it's totally normal :) some days everything suddenly just seems to be too much and you have to let it all out. . . unfortunately it normally happens to me when something tips me over the edge so I end up throwing a paddy at my boyfriend over the tiniest thing and then end up bawling my eyes out on him for a long time. . . I also find that once you let something get to you to the point of crying, it's very easy to start crying again on and off for a few hours after the initial thing. . .

  4. I am not to odd then?

I may sit here and just sob for a bit then get on with course work. I bet my OH thinks I am a fruit loop.

I've been told it's perfectly healthy and helps to clear your mind :) It's definitely not healthy to keep them bottled up! :)

I have something to watch to make me cry and stop that happening. It's hell when I'm between seasons.

I am the same don't worry, sometimes everything just hits you at once and you sob like there's no tomorrow, then your pretty embarrassed once you have calmed down but it certainly helps :D
