:(please think long and hard:( i am sitting here heartbroken and devestated, i decided to breed my little pug girl again (who had no problems at all last time) and hopefully keep a couple of her puppies, well , i got my wish i have two beautiful little girl puppies but no mum:( i am crying my heart out and wish to god i could turn back the clock but of course i cant:( my beautiful little girl died yesterday morning during a c section when she had a reaction to the anasethic, i cant forgive myself and never will:(

Hope the pup's do ok, shaw Mum will live on in them

  3. Oh god, you must be absoloutly devestated :(

Dont blame yourself, these things happen unfortunatly.

I agree with you though, if it makes just one ill informed would-be breeder rethink their decision then that would be great.

    HUGS

    xx

I have always said breeding can be heart breaking but many don't realise the risk we put our bitches through.
If she had a reaction it could have happened at anytime, please don't blame yourself,it could have happened if you had, had her spayed.
A lady I talk to on another forum lost her bitch whilst been spayed,it is rare but sadly happens.

I am so so sorry and thinking of you xx

I'm so sorry to hear this, please don't blame yourself as this could have happened at anytime, I know of many people who have taken their dogs to have semi-routine teeth cleaning done and lost their beloved dog under the anasthetic.

I hope the pups are doing weel with out their mum and I'm sure they will keep you busy enough that the hurting wont be to hard on you.

    take care
    Sarah

thank you everyone, i just feel so lost and keep seeing her little face before i took her in there:( she was a fit and healthy little girl, but at the end of the day it really is my fault as i put her in that situation, no dog ever asks to be bred and it cost her her life:( the puppies are fine, one is just like her mummy but it is early days yet:( my little frenchy is due her first litter in two weeks and i was so excited but now i am dreading it:( thank you all once again
