I WILL lose weight!!! It starts today!

    good luck mate :D

    lots of lean meat in your lunch and/or dinner and cut down on the old carbs (in any form, don't cut them out completely tho you still need them) will help.

    don't just weigh yourself. measure yourself too, alot of the time you're size might change but your weight might not, especially if you are exercising alot.

    Im a carb freak, pasta potatoes chips I could eat by the tonne load!!!!!

    But instead of about 9 roast potatoes im going to have 4 :)

    aaah yess roast tatties! the nemesis of all i suspect ;)

    oh yes drink lots of water/tea/coffee (with skimmed milk and no sugar) ;) a lot of hunger pangs are actually symptoms of dehydration.

    Oh they get there walks our house backs onto woods and fields, but I do fancy getting to the stage where Ill be able to jog/cycle with them that be fab!!!!!

    But yes, they and me will appreciate me having more energy and enthusiasm im sure..

    Please all have fingers crossed ill do it!!!!!!

    Good luck!! I was going to say don't go on a diet you will achieve weight loss but will put it all back on, a change in mind and lifestyle is what's best :D
