I have just made a carrot cake...

    ive never tried carrot cake lol

    it just sounds wrong.

    Vickie1985 - you haven't lived til you have tried carrot cake, it's not as wrong as it sounds, in fact it's SO right! :)

    Alot of people think carrot cake is like eating boiled carrots. lolol. It is soooo moist and nothing like carrots................what recpie did you use???? My mouth is watering now.:thumbup:

    ive heard so many good things, any advice on which one i should try, i dont wanna go and buy a crappy one then decide i hate it lol

    What you want to do is go into your supermarket and try a piece from the bakery section chiller dept. It is stunning, then you can go buy a pack and make it or make it yourself hand made.

    I make it often, and the only reason I started is because I bought some utterly tasteless naff stuff in the shops and it was bloody expensive for the squares that I bought. It's so easy to make peeps, and the cream cheese topping (and whatever else you may add) is to die for.

    Go on ... give it a go!
