Hi everyone - thought i'd share my really good news with you .......... having struggled umpteen times with the old 'smoking' stuff - i finally gave up on 2nd July and haven't smoked since then!!!! I am soooo chuffed with myself i thought i'd blow my own trumpet!!! I just hope and pray that i've really 'kicked' it this time and that i'm now a non smoker forever!!! :)

    Well done! :)

Hope you dont mind me gatecrashing but I quit smoking just recently too - 13th June. I went through it the cold turkey way, surprisingly not as hard as I thought it would be.

The fact that I am no longer contributing more than is necessary to the government is incentive enough to remain a non-smoker. ;)
