I dunno about U, but *I* wouldn't drink this tap-water, nor bathe in it, cook with it...

    they note it's supposedly "not dangerous", but then add that potassium permanganate "can cause skin irritation", so residents with 'sensitive skin, may not want to bathe in it'.

    Hell's bells, my stomach & gut are way-more 'sensitive' than my skin! - I wouldn't be putting that anywhere near my mouth, not even to rinse vegies or fruits.
