Ive worked labs, collies, ESS and kelpies.

My own lab was scared of guns, and my BC was obedience rather than working.

I do like seeing dogs working.

Max is an assistance dog trained to warn my fiancee of his seizures if that counts. Buster and Sophie run agility and Silas does weight pulling .

Amazing! :D I will never fully understand how dogs do that.

Edit: Patty is a ratter in her own garden, but she can't work for a living because she's a runner and can never be let off the lead

As much as I understand there are electrical changes he's trained to pick up on maybe about 10-15 minutes before the actual seizure. It takes a lot of training 18 months or so but that was all the public access stuff as well.

Welll as you know my boy went last night for a 'trail' and he did very well! M,att wants to take him in October but i am still unsure...............i have another question!

Do your working dogs have more tick and flea problems? Only Matts ESS had issues with it. Even Frontline stopped working.
