How many can say these out loud and get it right first time??

    I have just seen a friends status on facebook and its so funny! I didn't manage it first time.............i did after about 20 times!

    Say this aloud, at normal speech (not slow or fast) without studying it and see if you can say it:

    ''Irish wristwatch''......................

    And also say ''Beer can''..........................it always sounds like your Jamacan saying ''Bacon''

    Great!!! lol!!

    but say

    "whale, oil, be, forked"
    without sounding like an irishman swearing :D

    Took me two attempts to say the 'Irish wristwatch' thing :smilewinkgrin:

    Irish wristwatch is hard with pronouncing the 't' in wrist. But I do not pronounce it in wristwatch anyway!

    Years a go there was a racehorse disqualified for his name: Norfolk and Chance.
    Said fast it sounds like a northern No F@[{ing Chance! There was also Hoofhearted (again, say fast as they do on horse races :smilewinkgrin:) but that horse was allowed to stay :)

    LOL!! Thats really funny!! Its true they do say the names really fast and i can imagine what people must have thought hahahah :D

    :D Tickled me too. My Dad was going to name our house Norfolk and Chance years ago, not sure why he didn't in the end :confused: would have been funny!
