I was in paws for thought today, talking to a member of staff about a water bottle for my new bin cage...

Anyway.. This woman came in and put a shoe box on the till..
    3 baby hammies were inside...
She said she didnt want them and would they take them off of her.. :eek:hmy:

They said they only had room for two so she took two out, put them on the till and said she'll just dump the other outside :eek:hmy::mad:

She ran outside with the box (with me and the girl chasing)
She was just about to throw the box but the girl managed to grab it...
Needless to say i did smack her one! :cursing:
The pet shop is on a really busy dual carriageway (A64)

To cut a long story short, i've brought the ham home... Good job i have spares!
We think she's a girl, but she is way too small to know for definate...
    She's a little winter white..

I'm still wondering where the mother is though :mad:

    Here's some pics of her...
Poor little baby... She's only about 6-7 weeks, if that! :cursing::crying:
She's only in a small box at min... going to get her a box like Rosie's today..

    She's settled in very well...
I put my hand in the cage to feed her and she came and sniffed at me, ran away and came back and jumped on my hand...

Now she wont stop climbing on me.. She keeps nibbling me but its not nasty, i think she's just playing.. :D
She's much more tame than i had expected her to be
