I've been putting hand cream on their ears to moisturize them and they are so much better. The problem is what hasn't been absorbed has gone like a clumpy residue (think leftover bits of modelling clay rubbed into your fingertips) and now I don't know how to remove it. Unfortunately the site that advised putting cream on didn't say how to get the leftovers off afterwards. I was thinking of trying a slightly dampened cotton wool ball and seeing if it will wash off but after everything I'm afraid of getting them the slightest bit wet. It doesn't seem to be coming off on it's own either or I'd leave it to do that. Is there anything I can use that will safely remove it?
